"Fell apart after only two washes"
I’m frustrated with this shirt. I washed it twice and it already has holes in it, which is ridiculous. I expected normal wear and tear eventually, but not after just a couple washes. At this point, I’d really like the seller to make this right because it definitely wasn’t worth the money.

I emailed customer service twice thinking I’d at least get some kind of clear response, but I still haven’t gotten a real answer. I wasn’t expecting anything huge, just basic follow-up, so it was disappointing.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The box arrived a little squished, but thankfully the item inside was fine. I was also expecting clearer instructions included, since it took me a bit to figure things out. Overall it worked out, but the packaging and directions could use some improvement

I was just trying to buy a hoodie, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my payment info. I refreshed a couple times, and then my cart was suddenly empty... no error message, no clue what happened, nothing. I ended up giving up because I didn’t want to risk getting charged twice or something. Frustrating for a site where buying one item should be easy..

The quality is really nice and the fit is good, honestly. I do like the stuff, but the prices feel a bit high for what you’re getting. I usually only buy when there’s a sale because paying full price is kind of hard to justify.

"Shipping really tested my patience"
I ordered from psychobunny.com the shipping put me in such a bad mood. The tracking barely moved for days, so I kept checking it and getting more annoyed each time. When the package finally showed up, it was way later than I expected. The clothes themselves were fine, which helped a little, but the wait kind of ruined the excitement for me. I’d probably only order again if I wasn’t in any rush at all

"Color Was Really Disappointing"
I ordered this hoodie because I loved how bright and vibrant it looked in the photos online, but when it arrived, the color was completely different. In person it looked much duller and kind of off. For the price, I was expecting something much closer to what was shown on the site. I was really excited to wear it, so opening the package and seeing that color was disappointing

I ordered a polo from psychobunny.com, and the first thing I really noticed was the fabric. The fit seemed fine and it looked good enough, but once I had it on for a few minutes, I couldn’t stop paying attention to how stiff and a little scratchy it felt against my skin.
Maybe it softens up after a wash, but for the price, I expected something more comfortable right away. I probably would’ve liked it more if I wasn’t so focused on the feel, but that part kind of ruined it for me.

"Looks nice, but not comfy"
I’ll admit the shirt looked good at first, but they should’ve used softer fabric for the price. After about an hour it felt stiff and scratchy, and the collar kept rubbing my neck. Not something I’d want to wear again.

"Maybe it’s just me, but it didn’t hold up"
I bought a Psycho Bunny shirt and washed it exactly like the tag said — cold wash and hang dry. Maybe it’s just me, but I expected it to come out looking basically the same, especially for the price. Instead, it somehow shrunk and the print already looked faded after just one wash. Disappointing overall, and I don’t think I’d buy another one.

"Nice shirts, but shipping caught me off guard"
I was expecting the whole order to feel like a better deal because the shirts are nice and the website was easy to shop on. But once I got to checkout, the shipping cost was higher than I expected for what I was buying.
That kind of changed how I felt about the purchase, especially since the delivery wasn’t exactly quick either. I’d probably order again, but only if there’s a promo going on or free shipping available

"Customer service was no help at all"
I had a simple question about my order, but customer service just kept sending me the same generic copy-paste response. It felt like nobody was actually reading what I wrote, which made the whole thing way more annoying than it needed to be.
I waited several days hoping someone would actually follow up with a real answer, but nothing useful ever came through. For a brand charging these prices, I expected better support. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

"Return process was such a headache"
I ordered from psychobunny.com and ended up needing to return something, but the whole thing was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The steps weren’t clear, and every time I tried to get help, I felt like I was getting a different answer from someone else.
For what they charge, I expected the return process to be much smoother. I’m still waiting on my refund, and after all the back and forth and inconsistent info, I’m not really in a rush to order from them again.

"Better sizing than I expected"
I’ve grabbed a few shirts and a hoodie from Psycho Bunny, and the sizing has been more consistent than I thought it would be. I usually expect a bit of a gamble when ordering clothes online, but my usual medium has fit pretty much how I hoped — not too tight, not awkwardly long. One polo did feel a little slimmer than the others, which was kind of the only mismatch from what I expected, but it was still totally wearable. Overall, there weren’t any major sizing surprises.

I tried using the site on my phone, but it kept freezing on me. I wasn’t sure if anything was actually loading or if something went wrong, so I was kind of left in the dark the whole time. Frustrating experience.
